Tips for a good interview

First of all this following tips does not guarantees that you will be hired in at any time but it will help you because you will leave them with a good impression of whom you are and what you are willing to offer. Remember that even if you are working in a casual dress code environment always wear elegant clothing because even the attire gives also an impression to be considered. This are tips before your interview:

1. Stay Calm: Focus on the questions that you are been asked, if you messed up in one of those questions just move on. I suggest to take three deep breaths before entering the office of the hiring person. Keep eye contact at all times as this shows confidence. Never use fluffy words. Do not use your hands when you talk.

2. Research: Learn some more about the company where you got the interview from, to always know a bit more it will show that you are interested in the and they got less work to show you because you already have a bit knowledge of what is that company all about.

3. Bring resume: Maybe they have it on file but always keep one in handy because maybe at the time of the interview they do not have your resume with them so is always good to bring a copy to give a good impression.

4. Be on time: This is really important because this shows the first impression of you. Just imagine if you are late for the interview the most important meeting to show your first impression. What do you think they will think of you? this doesn't means to be like hours early you want for them to know you are interested not desperate. Just be like 10-20 min early.

5. Show the things you know: Relate what you know with what the job requirements are, if you must create a list of assets whether is certificate, experience etc. This will show that you meet the requirements but beware never make fake statements in this because the truth always comes out. For instance do not say you have a certificate on something which you don't, they will make a background check and if they found out you lied you are done and they will never want you.

WILL BATMAN BE BACK IN THE BIG SCREEN?

This article is about my personal Opinion:

The dark knight was a great movie, good acting specially Heath Ledger as the joker his incredible acting made people really know what the joker was all about. Christopher Nolan  (director of the batman trilogy) decide to make one with more action and drama (The dark knight rises). I will like to say that this movie for me is the best movie ever made, sadly one nut case (James Holmes) took the whole concept of the fantasy of batman to personally and believe that he was the next joker killing innocent people while having a great time watching this amazing movie. It sucks that such an incredible movie will remind us of a terrible tragedy. Moving on reflect, what  is the future of batman? Will it be back in the big screen?, Is Bruce Wayne finally quitting to be the Dark Knight?, Will Robin take his place? and Which might be the next villain?.

In my opinion Yes there will be another batman, will it be another masterpiece of Christopher Nolan? No, he made it clear his done with batman so another director will have the duty of coming up with something as good as the trilogy or better which is going to be a hard task. I don't think Bruce Wayne will quit being batman, doubt it, the whole concept is based on him, so it will not have any logic to do that, however it will be good to see Robin with his costume helping batman to catch the bad guys Interpreted by Joseph Gordon Levitt. There are many criminals listed in batman that have not yet been known in the batman trilogy. Some people are saying that next villain is Condiment king a crazy psycho dress up like a nut case which bizarre weapons, others say the riddler which is a crazy but genius man with nothing special and pretty much has the same personality of the Joker. The villain I will like to see in the next batman is Roman Sionis AKA "Black mask" why? because it will give a great follow up to where The Dark Knight Rises left. 

 Roman had a grudge towards Bruce Wayne because as  Ramon parents died (which he killed),  Ramon inherited (Prospereous Janus Cosmetics Corporation)  the Multi -Millionaire Company of his parents but in little time went bankrupt and along come Bruce buying off that company which he did not like it one bit. Roman became a mob Leader of a society known as "False Face" which he made a rule that everyone within that group will wear any mask (as he was obsessed with mask) when they went to their duty. The story of him and batman goes on but I will not go any further, just what he is and the kind of villain that batman needs to face which in my opinion Vincent Cassel will be a perfect fit for this character. This villain for me is one of the best made, he was the main boss of the underworld ( where are the scumbags, all criminals are hiddenin Gotham). Hope to see a new batman soon with four main characters: Batman (off course played by Christian Bale ), Cat Women (Anne Hathaway), Robin (Joseph Gordon Levitt) and Roman Sionis AKA "Black Mask" (Vincent Cassel).
